Berries & Mint Infused Water
4-6 cups filtered water
1 cup organic blueberries
1 cup organic blackberries
1 cup organic raspberries
8 leaves organic mint
Cucumber Lemon Infused Water
4-6 cups filtered water
1 cucumber sliced
2 lemons cut into slices
8 leaves organic mint or lemon balm
½ teaspoon sea salt
Grapefruit, Pomegranite, Ginger & Mint
4-6 cups filtered water
1 grapefruit sliced
½ cup pomegranate seeds
2-inch piece of ginger, diced
8 leaves organic mint or basil
Directions
1 Put all ingredients into your container and leave it inside your refrigerator over the night.
– Take out any citrus after 48 hours to prevent bitter taste.
– Homemade Infused Waters last for one week in fridge.
