Chilean Sea Bass

Ingredients List
2 pounds Chilian Sea Bass 1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning 1/4 tsp black pepper
 

 

 
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Put olive oil in bottom of the baking pan and spread around. Rinse the sea bass and pat dry. Place the fillets on the greased baking pan, and sprinkle with seafood seasoning to taste. Add salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Place the baking pan in an oven and bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of the fish or until fish is opaque in color and is flaky.
